yes,i think the same Q.Q
I wanna have a second season!
oh yes.... I wanna more q.q
I'm reading the manga, and i think,IF they countinue, even more Fans will watch it...
By the Way,Blood Lad is veery popular in Germany. They even licensed it. The Manga AND the anime (they dubbed it,and it's acceptable for my taste...)
I got an Anime-Tip,if you read the Blood Lad manga:
Hamatora The Animation (The manga is from Yuuki Kodama)
They totally could have made Blood lad a typical thirteen episode thing. It could be a slightly rushed ending but It would have worked. I'll go even as far as to say it could have been a twenty-six episode series to give some of the characters more development.
I'm really disappointed about the ending and hope there will be another season, otherwise it'll be like deadman wonderland all over again.
acutally they dropped the series due to its lack of popularity in japan, the first season has not finished but the manga is still going so it leads to the question, are they going to finish season 1?
No, it couldn't be extended into a twenty-six episodes series because they were too close to where the manga was at that point in time and there wasn't a good ending point. And the series would have to resort to filler to reach the number that you want and you know that filler is rarely any good for an anime adaptation. Of course, with the plot development that's occurred in the last three years, they could possibly extend the series into a twenty-four episode anime (up to the point where Akimu becomes the new Demon King after absorbing Richarz and Grimm's power) with additional content to begin a second season.
